Upon arrival please inspect the contents and quality - if there are any issues please message us and we will rectify them. BY PURCHASING THIS KIT YOU ARE AGREEING TO CHECK THE CONTENT OF THE KIT ON ARRIVAL AND AGREE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR FAULTS THAT ARE FOUND ON DAY OF INFLATION.

If your kit is personalised in any way, we do not accept general returns.

Please ensure spellings are correct as we copy and paste your spelling directly onto the balloon.

Please follow the instructions in order!

If there is a defect with a balloon, you will be required to return it for quality testing along with the remainder of the kit UNUSED to obtain a replacement or refund.

 We do not offer refunds for orders that don’t arrive by November 30th - the balloons packs are designed to be able to use them any day of the Elfs antics and not limited to December 1st therefore no refunds will be given.
